Super Healthy Breakfast Juice

Anyone else got 'being healthier' on their resolutions this year? Yeah I thought so...

This is a delicious healthy juice that I'm planning on having most mornings throughout January.  I really feel that by starting the day off with such a delicious, healthy breakfast encourages me to eat healthier throughout the day.
This juice is packed full of so many nutrients, antioxidants and amino acids that will definitely get your body ready for the day.
One of the things I love about this recipe is that the ingredients would pretty much always be in my kitchen anyway so if I fancy one it's just a case of reaching into the right cupboards.
This juice contains spirulina powder which you can leave out if you'd like, but personally I like to add an extra bit of nutritional bang for my buck. Spirulina is a product I've been using in my juices and smoothies for a while now.  At first I hated the taste it gave to my juices so I just added a small amount and worked up to a teaspoon in each juice.
If you are new to spirulina I'd definatley recommend persisting as you will get used to the odd taste.  The Spirulina I use is this one from Amazon but you can pick it up at any health food stores or various places online.
It is a blue-green algae that is found in open air fresh water ponds.  It is a great source of protein and has been found to contain one of the most concentrated amounts of nutrients and antioxidants of any plant.
The juice is filling due to the added avocado, which provides the body with essential fatty acids and the cucumber and lime are great at cleansing the body.
Enough of me harping on about it.  Here's the recipe...
Feel free to pin and share the recipe and comment down below if you make it or one similar.
